06.01.2022 Please be aware that there is a possible scam targeting people registered with the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS). A person registered with the NDSS r...eceived a call from someone asking if they had an NDSS card. When she replied yes, the caller informed her that she needed to pay a $150 lump sum or $25 per month to continue her membership. If you receive a similar call please hang up and do not give out any personal information. The NDSS is an initiative of the Australian Government administered with the assistance of Diabetes Australia, and is free for all eligible individuals.
