14.01.2022 Congratulations to Oscar for winning first place in the Clan MacFarlane D Grade Solo Piping Competition tonight and also to our president Jason for achieving second place in the C Grade Competition! Well done to all competitors and winners

13.01.2022 The Clan had a fantastic turn out at today's joint Clan Lunch. At the event Malcolm Lobban was officially recognised as Clan Patron for his outstanding contribution to the Clan. It was also fantastic to see our treasurer/secretary Glenda at the event. There was also some lovely piping by Clan Piper and President The Piping Shrike- Jason Moore The AGM was held straight after and it was a very productive one indeed. All committee members maintained their spots. Loch Sloy!!

SCOTTISH DIASPORA TAPESTRY 9 - 23 January This amazing international community art project with 308 embroidered panels telling stories of the Scottish Diaspora is on an international tour to Australia.... Having already been on display in South Australia the tapestry is now moving to Tasmania. From 9 - 23 January you will be able to see it at the LINC State Library, 91 Murray Street, Hobart. BURNS BIG NIGHT OUT Saturday 23rd January - Celebrate Robert Burns' 257th Birthday with friends in Sydney at Cello's Restaurant, Castlereagh Inn. This traditional Burns Supper is being organized by the Scottish Australian Heritage Council and the Heriot Club of Australia. Dress: Black Tie/Kilts.
