24.01.2022 Update I when squash will open at MLC

22.01.2022 Thursday Night Fixtures restarting Thursday 25th June 1800 start. Please text Susan on 0427743669 if you want to be in the draw. Nominate now as the draw is capped at 20. Social squash open bookings essential call Mackay Leisure Centre on 49521509 Monday daytime squash, Monday nighttime squash, junior fixtures and junior training start date yet to be determined.

22.01.2022 Hi Northern Region,, The NR Committee has decided the 2020 Smithfield Dental Cairns Junior NR Closed Championship will be cancelled. It was decided to cancel r...ather than postpone as rescheduling will be too difficult with so many other squash events on the calendar later in the year. We are also aware many families are in financial limbo due to the Covid-19. The NR Committee are considering how the 2020 age champions will be awarded. The 2019/2020 season's best and fairest and the Kay Barclay awards will be awarded at the next junior tournament. It is uncertain if the 2020 Queensland Junior Championship will go ahead. I will let you know when this is decided. If required the Northern Redbacks will be selected from the 2019/2020 junior tournaments that have been played - Ingham, Mackay and Townsville.
