13.01.2022 Here’s our Current Timetable! What Do You Do at The Bootcamp Sessions? You WILL work hard, you WILL have fun and you WILL get results!! ... We test your fitness, so you can see how much you improve, and have a variety of sessions including Circuits, Boxing for Fitness, Interval Training, Strength based sessions, Cardio based sessions, Challenges, Tabatas, AMRAPs, Obstacle Courses, Running Programs and Stretch and Mobility sessions along with many other fun session plans! Sessions will include the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls, ropes, tyres and much more, to ensure an well-rounded fitness program with measure of progression. We have special themed weeks and months, from Strength Week to Games Week and everyone's favourite time of year - the twice annual "Challenge Fortnight!" It's about working hard AND having fun!
