21.01.2022 Due to time constraints, the 2020 Secretary, Lucy, has chosen to stop taking full transcripts at executive meetings. Full transcripts are not required in the constitution, and while she has endeavored to continue the standard she has set, she has decided to make the switch to traditional dot point style minute taking. These dot point style minutes will still be available for all members, should they wish to read them. This change was made effective on Friday the 17th of July.

It's been a strange year to be able to put on theatre, and as we cannot guarantee what next year will look like, our O Week show will be online! Musical Theatre International (MTI) has granted streaming rights for many of its shows and we think this format will allow for some very creative opportunities for teams to work towards. 09.01.2022 Our 2020 president Quin has vacated her position ahead of Semester 2. We wish to thank her for all her hard work this year. In the interim, Vice President Joshua will be assuming her duties. The executive will as always work together to meet the needs of the members and run the society as smoothly as possible. Currently the constitutional provision is "If a person ceases to be a Management Committee Member, the Management Committee may fill the vacancy arising by appointing a... Club Member as a Management Committee Member. Such a person would serve as a Committee Member until the next AGM, just as if he or she had been elected by the Members." As such, we will not be holding a re-election and the Vice President will fulfill the duties until the AGM with the Vice President duties being assumed by our General Officers and General Committee Members.

On the night, you will be introduced by our MC for the night when it is your turn to present. When that time comes, you will share your screen and present to your hearts content! You will be timed by our MC, with a maximum of 3 minutes being given to each presenter out of fairness! At the conclusion of all of the presentations, a voting google form will be sent to the Zoom chat, for all participants and audience members to vote for their favourite, most entertaining presentation of the night! The votes will be tallied, and the winner will be announced shortly after! The winner will then be contacted privately to work out prize delivery!
