25.01.2022 The team headed to Ulmarra campdraft over the weekend and with no luck it was a successful weekend as rusty a 6yr old stallion who we were lucky enough to be sent to break in and get drafting had his first ever run and went terrific and was very well behaved for a Horse who only had his first ever ride 8days prior. Crickets been with us for a few weeks now and is ready to head home to his owner grace but before he dose he’s heading to Aberdeen for team penning for the weekend to see how he goes. He’s come along way since day one. He’s very smart on his feet and very accident prone but he’s a lovely horse to have around and I wish him and grace all the very best

17.01.2022 Oakfield Jet came to us for some retraining after finishing his racing career a few months ago. His owner and his former jockey Darryl (digger) McLellan came out for a ride today, looking forward to his new career as a jumper!

13.01.2022 Well Cricket did awsome this weekend we were very unlucky with all our runs but all in all it was a successful outing. It makes your job a hell of a lot easier when they’re nice ponies. He heads home in the morning and I would like to thank Grace for trusting us with her boy and to know he’s always welcome back.

09.01.2022 FOR SALE "Poppy" 12.2hh Grey pony mare, 5yo. (Birth date is ANZAC Day) Poppy is by a Palomino ASH stallion (Deceased) out of a grey Brumby mare. Broken ...in by a professional, she is quiet but green and shows great potential as a child's mount (including lead line) once she receives more miles with a capable teen/small adult rider as she is keen and can be forward (absolutely no bolt in her, she's just enthusiastic) Has been ridden bareback/with no gear, the type of pony you can pull away from her dinner and take for a trot up the paddock. Enjoys being in work and is fond of a ride out. Good to clip, rug, load, wash. Is sound with no major injuries. Holds condition well. Poppy has had one official outing where she placed first in her led ring and then brought home champion, very strong presence and with the correct education she will excel under saddle in the show ring. Plenty of potential to be a versatile all-rounder. On offer to an experienced home only as she will need further education and exposure before being completely piloted by a child and I'd like to see her reach her full potential. Currently in paddock condition due to lack of time with other horses requiring work but will be brought in shortly. Sadly offered for sale due to moving away and her size not being quite enough to warrant me keeping her as my main mount. Absolutely no fault of her own. This little pony deserves to be in a home where she will be ridden and given the opportunity to go further. Poppy will come with a rain sheet and a caribu cotton combo (needing a small repair), a Lycra bib, work bridle, brand new pvc bridle and some grey horse specific grooming products that were used for her show prep. $2000 price may be negotiable to the right home. 04.01.2022 Well another graduation day today as Rusty who was sent to us as an unhandled 6yr old stallion was picked up to head back home to have a well deserved spell. From when he arrived only 4 weeks ago he has shown his true colours of what a gentleman he is to have around if only they where all like this fella. He had an outing at Ulmarra campdraft after been with us for only 2 weeks. Can't wait till this fella returns back for a follow up after his little break.
