23.01.2022 Just a quick stock update! Our cabinets are slowly filling back up again after selling out of 80% of our cheese, antipasti & meat stock in the first & second weeks can you believe it?! Thank you so much for your patience & your ongoing support this has been a dream of ours for over a year & to have it finally open & being appreciated is amazing. We would love to stick around for a long while yet & so do 90% of the customers that have come through our doors so let’s ma...ke it happen! We still have some $30 ready to platters available for tomorrow & YES The garlic filled olives are back for those who have been coming in daily to check! Still waiting on sweet marinated garlic, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, cornichons etc. shouldn’t be too much longer. We can’t wait to see you tomorrow from 6am - 4pm for you to stock up for the weekend

Perfect for birthdays, just because, anniversaries, picnics & CHRISTMAS We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on!

16.01.2022 Tomorrow morning we are introducing 3 new baguettes - Eggs Benedict Baguette (bacon option only for now) - House made meatballs in tomato & basil passata sauce, topped with freshly shaved 24month Cravero Parmesan Reggiano - Shaved leg ham, honey mustard & shaved Swiss 1655 Gruyere ... We also are starting to incorporate some Pâtisserie items (pastry products) in our sweets cabinet We’ve also got some plans in the works leading up to Christmas.. which by the way is just over 10 weeks away... I’m sure you didn’t need reminding at how quick this year has gone! We’re starting to order up so we’re fully stocked ready for some hampers we’ve got planned & ready for you guys to stock up too! Starting with over 40kg of salame being delivered this week Look forward to seeing you tomorrow 6am - 4pm.

14.01.2022 The most asked question we’ve received since opening is what does MAD stand for MAD stands for Mother And Daughter Mother - Helen... Daughter - Alisha You’ll often see us both in the shop serving, slicing, stocktaking, chatting, cooking, cleaning & more! Along side our awesome team members MAD came about 2.5 years ago after I, Alisha, was maid of honour at my besties wedding & helped with decorating the marquee. Helen on the other hand was more interested in the table of food they had.. couple of days later, we had a light bulb moment & that’s when MAD Stylists was born! MAD Stylists specialises in gourmet grazing tables & platters, luxury picnic & dining settings. We also won the Brides Choice Awards Wedding Caterer Category this week Our mission was & still is, to bring gourmet items that you’re not able to purchase from the mainstream super markets to you & your event. After searching high & low we came to the realisation it was a bit of a mission with transportation being the major upset! We would make fortnight / monthly trips to our suppliers in Sunny Coast / Brisbane. That’s when 12 months ago, we started work on our ultimate dream of owning & operating a deli! we are so pleased to be able to bring the community these gourmet items we’ve been longing & searching for... & on a much bigger scale!
