04.01.2022 Be the difference in someones day and make them smile One of our clients who drove down from Redland Bay had a car issue today, and had to get her Dad to jump start the car! She was coming to collect her order from Madam Lash by special arrangement. What a start to a Saturday, she is a young businesswoman who is trying to achieve her goals. To make her day, we threw in a couple of surprises. When she collected her order, we gave her one of our beautiful Madam Lash brand... bling tweezer sets, we asked her what were her favourite tweezers and she replied "the pointy ones", so we made sure that our kit contained her favourites and waited until she arrived. We also threw in a couple of lash wands. She collected the package after all her trouble with the car and journey, within five minutes we received a text and to be honest, it was the best gift one can receive, seeing someone happy. The moral of this story is.....in business, we get so much back by showing kindness towards others. We know everyone struggles to make ends meet, but it gives us so much joy to do this for someone. No matter where she buys her products from now on, of course we hope it is from us, we know she will never forget how a small act of kindess from a Queensland small business, made her Saturday so much brighter. What this means for all Salons is the shutting of their doors at midnight tonight.
