07.01.2022 Happy hump day everyone! Ive had a couple openings this afternoon and tomorrow morning! For those of you wanting to give it a go, no better time than today! Private message me for times and prices

06.01.2022 I hate seeing things on the internet that tell you that the more reps you do the more your butt will grow (e.g the 30 day squat challenge) Because this is far from the case. Your glutes contain a mixture of both fast and slow twitch muscle fibres - therefore for you to see optimal growth, you need to hit your glutes in both 6-8 and 12-15 rep ranges to recruit both types of muscle fibres - With this.. the weight you use should suit the rep range! If you arent absolutely struggling by the last few reps it needs to be increased! No more 30 day squat challenges || Happy booty building xx
