25.01.2022 today i trained both of our abs simultaneously ( yep 2 american bulldogs at once yippee). there were many distractions and i thought my dog trainer was gunna belt some silly lady that had came right up to us with both her dogs off lead doing as they wish. so glad she didnt hear him call her a silly mole but oh well she was a lil silly. some folk need to think about what they are doing they may know their dogs but not mine so why chance it. i have never trained a dog before but look out cos we are achieving lots and its so rewarding to have control over our babies. # semperfidelis

12.01.2022 this is what its all about for me. the bond between these boys and their abs is priceless. allee stepped in only last week when a bull arab at a local park jumped up at one of our boys and headbutted him in the nose. within seconds he had screamed and allee flew from 10 metres away to stand between my son and the bull arab. she did not attack she just growled to let the dog know not to do that again. the other dog walked away then turned back, with that allee moved forward repeated the warning growl lol and the dog left. this is why we love our abs!!!!

11.01.2022 we are so glad to have kennels. allee is in heat now so we got to keep her n thor separated. she was booked in for desexing as i knew she was getting close and she is a pet due to her east west feet and will never be in pup. the vet did a swab 2 weeks ago and said she has just come off heat and we would have to wait til next monday 13th. i disagreed as i had seen no signs of it. now i have been refunded for that visit cos yes i was right as she is no doubt just come in heat. i feel defeated as it couldve been sorted 2 weeks ago. well another lesson learnt here at maddogs.

10.01.2022 9 months old now

10.01.2022 its getting exciting here at maddogs kennel. princess allee our 4 legged home security system is in season. allee is now mature enough at 2 years of age so we have decided to not segrarate her this time. princess allee gator was lovingly picked and named by her master, my son, blade Delaney. purchased from drb allee has superb old school blood lines and is 100% johnson american bulldog. she is my sons guardian and protector of the property. great with kids and calm natured..., and above all easily trained due to her desire to please her masters. allee has been dna tested and has also given negative test results for ich and ncl. notorious aka thor, big boy, dads boy lol, is, as you may have guessed, my right hand. thor was purchased from xab 18 months ago and joined the family after a long flight and 5 hour drive and i believe possibly even a ferry ride. thor is so chilled and calm that i often call him just to reassure myself he is still at home. great with kids and family friends thor has got not 1 aggressive bone in his body. he is eager to please through play and will entertain with his comedic antics. also obedience trained and tested negative to ich and ncl. its early days but our fingers and eyelashes are crossed for good luck.

05.01.2022 i had 2 young blokes help me concrete around the kennel today. both got 40 bucks cash as i have never seen such enthusiasm and initiative before. 2.5 hours and we had concreted all around kennel and kiwi learnt how to mix concrete and tom taught himself how to screed and float to an unbelievable standard. hats off boys job well done
