Serinah will help you create a SMART goal, develop a plan to help you achieve it, with weekly check ins and ongoing motivation to help you pull through when things get tough and many give up. You will also have the support and encouragement from a small Facebook group of others working towards a similar goal.... This challenge can be completed in line with our group exercise sessions OR our online platform of live and recorded workouts. **DEAL: Any current member who refers a friend who joins the challenge will have their own sign up fee FULLY waived.

19.01.2022 Merry Xmas and happy new year! Sessions recommence Jan 4. There is a modified timetable for January before our full timetable kicks off with a challenge in February. We have some huge goals to kick in 2021. If you are lucky enough to get away, make sure you utilise the zoom sessions and recordings - recorded from the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia (hopefully ).... Thanks a million to Bezzy for all of his hard work this year. Not just in the sessions he delivers, but the behind the scenes stuff also. Thanks to Julie - she is back in a more permanent role in 2021 with some ‘Silver Sneakers classes’. Thanks to my family - for the babysitting, cooking dinners and ongoing support to keep my head above water. Thanks to my team - Jamie and the kids. I couldn’t do it if I didn’t have the support from Jamie at home. The boys have also learnt to help out so ‘mum can come to bed for cuddles’. And Layla is the best assistant and demonstrator I could ask for. Finally, Thank you to everyone who supported us through all of the challenges and changes this year! I am grateful that you support a small local business when there are many online opportunities to do otherwise. When you share your wins and achievements, it makes it all worth while and is what keeps me going. For the next few sessions we are trialling splitting the groups into intermediate/beginners and an advanced group. Please let us know what you think about the new changes. Bezzys barbells are on 8am Saturday.

05.01.2022 On Friday we celebrated Katrina. She set herself a goal and has worked hard and consistently to smash it this week! Our community is very proud of her achievement, and we are so pleased to see her hard work pay off. She is looking bloody good, and I bet she’s feeling even better!!

04.01.2022 Pre-natal, Post-natal, Perimenopausal, Menopausal, Post menopapusal, pelvic floor , Diastasis Recti.... The joys of being a woman!! Women need women-specific training to consider all of the above, AND... none of us are the same, what works for one will not work for everyone. ... We are making sure we keep up to date with the latest research into women's health and the latest training recommendations for women, by continually updating our education and qualifications. This year we have been so pleased with the amount of women who have taken their pelvic floor health seriously, visited a Women's Health Physio and used our advice while exercising to strengthen themselves from the inside out. Our mindsets are shifting - its less about what we weigh, and more about how strong we are feeling and what improvements we have made. To all the women in our group: what did you achieve or learn this year? Please share - as you may be someone else's inspiration!

Student prices $10/session or $20 for a weekly membership for unlimited access. Numbers have been fantastic! We now run evening sessions with 2 Trainers in smaller groups.

02.01.2022 Shout out to Moo. His knees kill him (he has been told he needs surgery on both). That doesn’t stop him. Nor did covid - can you imagine this big fella jumping around in the lounge room following the screen? Harvest didn’t stop him either. He never misses a session, and sometimes does two a day. ... He set himself a goal and he has smashed it out of the park. He is under his weight goal and plans to water ski with both of his boys this summer as he turns 50 in January. Isn’t that a cracker of a goal and achievement!? I don’t know how much weight he has lost all up, but that’s irrelevant when he is looking and feeling a million times better! He has set a fine example to his boys, and will be able to be very active for his first grandchild - coming soon. Well done to Moo and Mez - his partner in crime who keeps pushing him along! We look forward to the waterskiing pictures soon! #whatsyourexcuse
