25.01.2022 This is my ‘I am not wearing my glasses’ face

22.01.2022 Okay folks, it’s today! The final day you can secure your spot for the 2021 retreat on the Early Bird price. Everyone of all experience levels are welcome to join us for this long weekend. We’re already looking forward to reflecting and resetting with everyone. And I’m looking forward to eating Lars’ cooking for three days straight Link in bio for more info & to book, or drop me a message If you have any questions! [Image Description: Lars & Madison are sitting on the floor, legs out in front of them with a white wall & window behind them. They are smiling and holding onto their big toes for Padangusthasana Dandasana. Madison has pink hair & a white too & black leggings. Lars is bald and wears a black top with blue leggings.]

22.01.2022 My look of surprise when I can fold my legs into Padmasana! Some days it happens and some days it feels further away than ever. I’m sure everyone has asanas like this in their practice. Or even other things in their life that aren’t yoga, which also happens to me too (hello pottery!). It’s all part of it, right? Take a deep breath and enjoy the ride

21.01.2022 This is the ivy covered barn at Curraweena House. The barn is our yoga room for the retreat. It’s recently renovated inside and absolutely picturesque on the outside. It’s a gorgeous space and I can’t wait for you to see it! Still a few days of Early bird pricing if you’d like to join us. Link in bio for more info. Lars is leaning on the door with one hand and looking off to the side.]

20.01.2022 What’s your Sunday looking like? You’re welcome to join me for socially distanced Yoga in the Park at the Rocks!! 18.01.2022 It’s September first today which means there’s a month left of early bird pricing for the 2021 retreat with me and Lars. It ends on 1st October. There’s a few spots left, so you can head to the website to snap yours up. All are welcome to join us, we’d love to spend this weekend with you!

17.01.2022 This shot from earlier in the year is of me and Lars, my dear friend and colleague, sitting in the yoga room at the venue we picked for our first ever retreat together, planned for January 2021. Even though this year has really thrown a spanner in the works, we’ve got our minds set on providing this experience as a time for reflection, recovery and reframing the year ahead. Join us at Curraweena house in Kurrajong for three days of yoga and absolutely delicious meals created by Lars, who, before he became a yoga teacher, was a chef for many years! Early bird pricing is in place until 1st October. Head to the website to secure your place & find out more: www.madisonleeyoga.com

14.01.2022 Just over A WEEK left of early bird pricing for the 2021 Kurrajong Retreat this is perhaps my all time favourite behind the scenes pic! Jamie’s photo of Jane taking a photo of Lars and I. Lars was saying something particularly silly in Swedish and then translating it for me Jamie and Jane are mine and Lars’ partners. Both are wonderful photographers and very good eggs. Jane and Jamie will be with us on the retreat to support us as photographers, sous chefs and fellow yoga practitioners. It’s going to be a really wonderful weekend together If you want to grab your place at the special early bird rate, head to the website or send me a message to find out more

12.01.2022 We are back in the Mountains this week to spend some time with family and soak up the last few bits of winter here as it slips into spring. Wednesday morning is usually arm balance practice at MYC, so I practiced in the spring sunshine yesterday afternoon instead.

05.01.2022 Jamie got a new camera and I’ve got a new arm balance I’ve been practicing heaps. Really getting into parsva bakasana thanks to Wednesday morning balance practice. (Image description: Madison is on a rock overlooking the sea. The skyline of city of Sydney is in the background. She is wearing a white shirt and black leggings. She is balancing on two hands with two knees to the side, resting on her upper arm. Her legs are facing towards the camera & she is looking straight ahead)

05.01.2022 The sweetest spring days on the mountains with my family. It was such a treat to finally get away and to get a few days skiing in. This snowy Natarajasana snapped by my rad cousin @madelieneelizabeth yesterday surprised I could even get my leg that high in my ski pants to be honest!

04.01.2022 One of my favourite places in the world: Lake Jindabyne. Caesar and I on our morning walk captured by @jamiesimmonsphoto

04.01.2022 Lars and I have been practicing together weekly since we first met in a class he was teaching four years ago. The first class launched a friendship I never expected. Full of laughter, amazing dinner parties (Lars is truly an amazing chef), good conversation, sharing delicious wine, navigating joy and grief, going on adventures and many hours doing yoga in the park together. Our friendship, our yoga practices, and our passions have combined to create our first retreat together. January 2021, join us for a long weekend in a gorgeous heritage listed house in Kurrajong. Lars will cook for us and you’ll see what I mean about dinner parties link is in my bio for more information & to book your place. Our early bird discount is in place until 1st October. All are welcome! Please join us

01.01.2022 Am I excited to be back at yoga studios next week?! Y E S! Am I ready to let go of my ugg boots? ... No. Not at all. Not even close.

01.01.2022 Obsessed with this view at Watsons Bay. The wind picked up as I reached my arms up and my hair whipped in my face and for a fleeting second I thought I’d be blown into the sea, or at least the cliffs below. Anything for the gram hey? I’m so grateful to have Jamie and his lovely camera with us where ever we go for shots like this! [Image Description: A photograph of Madison facing to the side on a rock in front of a view of blue sky and blue sea with the skyline of city of Sydney on the horizon. She is in Virabhadrasana 1 (warrior one) pose and is wearing black leggings and a white top)
