12.01.2022 I gathered up all my leftovers, well some! Made all these squares, calculated how many I needed to make a large blanket, chose my boarder colour and I’m still left with all these leftovers. So much for using my stash.

As you know from a previous post I gathered all my leftovers from years of knitting / crochet and here it is all finished. 09.01.2022 I’ve long admired this cowl from afar and when in New Zealand I was lucky enough to visit the shop and meet the designer responsible for this stunning cowl. So the pattern and wool were soon in my bag along with many other balls of wool. Safe to say Madison was not happy when we had to rearrange our luggage at the airport. This one is not for sale but I’m happy to take orders if anyone would like one.

07.01.2022 The colour change is happening and I’m in love, it may take a little convincing to part with this one. At this stage panic buying on wool hasn’t kicked in, most of us diehards have a huge stash anyway, so don’t be afraid to get your winter orders in.

06.01.2022 Hot off the needles and straight onto the feet. Experimenting with different techniques I think I’ve knitted the easiest socks ever, for those in the know I used, toe up, magic loop, two at a time and fish lips heel. These are mine but I do have other colours available for order just shoot me a message. 04.01.2022 The biggest crochet project I’ve done so far. Going from Making Granny Square variation blankets to even attempt this was a huge challenge it had many new techniques to learn and prefect. Now to find the next challenge.
