25.01.2022 I started painting again, first painting on canvas in a decade! It feels so good to get this creative expression out, I literally couldn't hold it in any longer. Thankyou to the beautiful woman in the Sacred womens Choir, who supported me and encouraged me to put brush to paint to canvas again. By the end I was topless and painting with my fingers, music flowing and singing in the morning sunshine. Feeling the creative fluidity after a month of releasing restrictions in the ...sacral chakra and throat chakra. Ahhh so so good now. 19.01.2022 Watching my daughter grow over the past decade, (including the time in pregnancy) I have learnt so much, it is difficult to put into words the journey from maiden to mother. A lot of the journey has included huge amounts of self sacrifice, but now I see that it's all in my mind set. Every thing is actually exactly how it's meant to be. The more I surrender to what comes naturally for us the more fluid our lives become. The real challenge was actually allowing my own intuit...ion as a mother to be the loudest voice in the room. This challenge came from my own upbringing as a child. Where I was taught to be quite and listen. These days my voice and my intuition is becoming stronger and clearer. Currently I am working with Queen Anne's lace and bell flower essence. They are absolutely amazing together! Queen Anne's lace is strengthening my divine will and Bell flower essence is assisting me to hear my inner guidance first and foremost. We have created a safe space for you to deeply connect with yourself, while also connecting with other Mamas in your community. We will sit together in this ancient way, in a circle, as our ancestors have done for generations. This will be a monthly circle and with each month our connections will deepen. For our second Mamas Circle we will be nourishing ourselves with traditional abdominal, womb and sacral self massage, followed by a crystal bowl sound bath and a flower essence journey, assisting us to ground into our bodies and connect with our base and sacral centres and our feminine creativity. We will then have a play with clay, creating a special pinch pot, and representation of our womb space. A sacred vessel to be filled with nourishment and symbolic gifts of creativity and reverence. We will then glaze and fire the pots the following month, creating a sacred keepsake and alter piece for us to take home. Sharing of tea and refreshments to follow.
