24.01.2022 Im home from a quick easter get away to see my #1 ginger kid ‘Jesus’ at Hallmark Farm where he’s in training with Megan Jones.... I’ve waited 5 year for this dream to come true from all those years ago when I delivered Jade to Kirby Park to be put in foal to Kirby Park Nantamboo! now Jesus an I are finally enjoying lessons with Megan the good bits an the not so good bits ... that’s what learning and bringing on a young horse is all about ! I’m excited to see what the future brings for us!

23.01.2022 Bit of a Flash back to abit over a month ago when I went over to Hallmark Farm in Woodside SA the beautiful property of Megan Jones an James Deacon where Jesus an I did 3days of training with Megan .... this was my first time cross country schooling with Jesus an boy were Megan an I excited when Jesus jumped like this!! 21.01.2022 Over the weekend I travelled across to Hallmark Farm in SA Megan Jones lovely property to see Jesus an have a couple of lessons on him here’s a little clip of our lesson! So pleased with how he’s progressing in his training with Megan he feels so much more stronger than my last ride way back in April!

17.01.2022 Was lovely to meet Sue Tuffnell of Tullows Stud in Australia an Carolyn Bates of Grafham Stud in the UK yesterday. Carolyn stands Wish Upon A Star who is here in England so I plan on going to see him next week an Sue is going to put me touch with the Stud who bred Sam Griffiths Paulank Brockagh in Ireland so I hope to visit the Stud when we are in Ireland.

12.01.2022 So this post is a week late but it’s been a busy week here on the farm!!! Last weekend I ventured to Reynella Horse Trials In SA for the weekend to once again be part of the MJET Team helping out an to watch Jesus compete in the EA65 class with Megan in the saddle! Jesus was first horse to go for the day with a team of 6 horses in the MJET team ... did a lovely little test to be placed 6th after dressage once again standing waiting his turn at the truck while the other hors...es came An went!! day 2 It was up early again this morning for Jesus to once again be first up for the day to do his Showjump with an unlucky rail... bugger bugger.... it was a lovely calm round He then waited his turn once again happy chewing on his haynet till it was his time to shine on cross country an concour the water jump!! He set off great an Megan had a plan to show him the water before he was to jump ....Megan jumped fence 5 then went to the water where he had an think about it then dabbed a toe in then she went jumped 6 then back to 7a the water jump and he went straight in an finished the course like a pro! So proud of the kid he looked super An enjoyed himself it’s onto Canoe Tree Horse Trials next weekend where hopefully he can string all 3 phases together just so proud to have bred him he’s turning into a lovely young horse who I’m excited to get home soon an take the ride on!! 11.01.2022 Last week we welcomed a new member of the family to Magic Park.... my husband and I are proud to share the news we had our first child on October 14th a baby girl Sophie Ellen Mullane I can’t wait to share with you all Sophie’s horsey/farm adventures....I’m sure she’s going to have many many years of fun on the farm with ponies dogs motorbikes an all things farm life has to offer Here’s a couple of photos of her

11.01.2022 Today I sent my #2 ginger kid our Chilli Morning colt ‘Sneaky’ to be broken in at Bandora Breaking Adrian Ireland is local to me an a brilliant horseman so I’m really looking forward to seeing how Sneaky comes along an even more excited to be riding him myself soon! the best part about breeding is watching them grow an develop

09.01.2022 After returning from my overseas adventures Sunday morning today I went and saw how number 2 ginger kid Sneaky was going as he’s been at the breakers 6weeks .... Adrian has done a super job with him I’m so very please he’ll be ready to come home next week when he’ll then be kept in light work for afew weeks then turned out to let grow an mature

09.01.2022 Yesterday we travelled to Strathalbyn SA to Monarto Horse Trials where our Magic Park Irish Gift aka Jesus had his first outing in the 50cm Combined Training class with Megan Jones on board. He behaved like a pro standing on the truck an being tied up on his own then put his best hoof forward to do a lovely little first ever dressage test an great first ever Showjumping round even cantering !! To finish 2nd after dressage an in 6th place overall after dressage an Showjumping I’m very proud owner breeder truely a dream come true watching your first foal compete as his first competition! He now goes to Mt Gambier Horse Trials in the 65cm class in afew weeks time

08.01.2022 Jesus has been training well with Megan over the last 4 weeks since he left for boarding school by all accounts (here’s a snap shot of him jumping this week) an is set for his first start back at Canoe Tree Horse Trails in the EV65 this weekend Sadly I can’t attend due to the SA boarder closure which is feeling abit odd as I’ve always gone to all his competitions. Let’s hope he has a great weekend an puts his best hoof forwards!!! Good luck team MJET

06.01.2022 So last weekend we braved the less than ideal conditions of rain an wind an more rain and venture to Mt Gambier Spring Horse Trials where our Magic Park Irish Gift ‘...Jesus’ was competing in his first horse trials the EV 65 class with Megan Jones in the saddle. Jesus was so well behaved all weekend, its hard to believe only 5mths ago he’d never been off our property let alone jumped anything so to behave so well out an about makes me so proud of him. He stood at the float/tr...uck all weekend with Megan’s team of horses waiting his turn watching everyone come an go like a seasoned horse! He did a lovely dressage test to be placed 5th then a fantastic clear Showjumping round to move upto 4th his cross country round started out great however once he got to the water I think he was abit overwhelmed an Megan walked him home! After some more water jump training in the coming weeks we look forward to his next start at Rynella Horse Trials in SA in a months time. I can’t thank Megan an her team enough for the fantastic care and experience they are giving Jesus it’s the best start a young event horse could have! .... videos from weekend in comments....
