25.01.2022 This I how I started my day yesterday. I have not been to a yoga class for soooo long. It was such bliss. I'm so grateful to have this space close to our new home. Spent the rest of the day outside with friends taking the kids swimming and bike riding. ... We are so happy I trusted my intuition and followed my hearts intelligence to move here. 25.01.2022 Been playing with the Healy vibrational frequency device this week. It's been incredibly accurate and I have been using it on my whole family. Being able to understand why and what is happening physically and emotionally and spiritually is such a gift. ... It doesn't heal us but it supports our bodies to heal. 23.01.2022 Yesterday was extraordinary. The vision I had for the wellness retreat came true and was perfectly aligned. Each session was met with open hearts and minds. 23.01.2022 My interview with the magnetic @tarshashwin is in an hour for the Awakening Summit. I'm a little nervous. Fear and excitment are the beginning of the same emotion. Most people feel fear and they push it down and bury it. The victim voice says no one will listen. The child voice says it's too much responsibility to talk about this. The sabatore voice says you won't get any new clients so why bother?... I feel fear and I embrace it because it's my teacher. Fear blocks our intuition. Your ego wants you to stay small. Comfortable. 23.01.2022 Do you want to create a beautiful life filled with love and abundance? Then all you need to do is raise your vibration and the Universe will match it. Sounds simple right? ... It's a daily practice. Heartfulness training will teach you the tools to do this. We just moved to a beautiful 4 bedroom house. It's a new build built in bushland. I bought this trinket plate today to put in our ensuite and that's my walk in wardrobe behind me. Somebody pinch me! We have 3 kids. They now have their own bathroom and a huge playroom! Strength is one of my values and so is JOY. Here are some words from @beckygilhespievocalcoach who did the last training. I feel like a new person after taking Heartfullness - truly. I have more peace, more inner strength and more connection to who I am - which is actually a connection to everything. I look at my kids and those around me differently now. There are of course times when life still gets hard and fear rises up - but I have practical tools to use and newfound knowledge about how the universe works, and this alone is very powerful and grounding. 21.01.2022 3 years ago today I shared a stage with Mia Freedman from Mamamia speaking at a wellness day for early educators. I was approached by the CEO of Holistic Services who saw me speak and he asked me to join their team. I got married a week later and got pregnant at the wedding with my third babe. ... I did a few speaking gigs for them teaching wellbeing and then Covid hit. I have been working for them regularly this year. Yesterday I spoke to a client who is running a wellness summit for women and they want - A yoga class A wellbeing workshop A team building jewellery making class. This is my DREAM JOB. A day to facilitate all the things I love bringing women together. So much is out of our control. What we can control is our vibration so we attract these opportunities effortlessly. 20.01.2022 3 years ago today I married this beautiful man. We have a divine love story. We met on one date on Tinder after I had been a single mum for 3 years. ... We went to Hawaii 6 months after we met and got pregnant with our daughter Luna. We are both divorced. We had a love ceremony for my 40th as he didn't want to get married again but then he proposed to me the next day! We got pregnant at our wedding with our son Phoenix. 09.01.2022 Mornings are utter chaos trying to get 3 kids out the door. It's usually like the amazing race without a reward as we rush off with our giant to do lists for the rest of the day. Today my husband did the drop off. I took our fur babe Major Tom out for a walk and then sat in my fave spot in our garage and felt the sunshine on my skin. Listening to the birds. When we moved from Sydney to Brisbane we had no idea where we would be end up. We read so many reviews online and this suburb had the best. 05.01.2022 Lael was diagnosed with level 1 higher functioning ASD (autism) yesterday as well as having #adhd. My intuition knew there was another layer and I am grateful we can now understand him more. I in 50 kids are being diagnosed with ASD which has increased by 300% since Lael was born 11 years ago. ... These kids function at a totally different frequency. So connected to their intuition. So creative with writing and music. So connected to nature and animals but they struggle to connect and understand other humans. 04.01.2022 Packing up our house I found all my travel writing journals. I started traveling when I was 19 and had been to 50 countries before I was 30. Think I have visited 65 now. Not a surprise I love journalling and have written my own book and co-authored one. Travel is a distant memory so I am so grateful I wrote about my wild adventures....
