23.01.2022 Increase the perceived value of your products and services to boost the average amount customers spend with you. Increasing the average amount of money customers spend with you is the last chance you have to increase the total amount of money that flows into your business. Don't get overwhelmed, you can start small - it's amazing how small increases can add up to big results. Adding actual and perceived value to your products or services is the primary way you can boost how m...uch each person spends in store. These are usually little changes or bonuses that don't cost you very much, but make the customer feel that their money stretches farther at your business. This encourages them to spend more to get more. Of course, the amount that you'll be able to upsell or add-on to your customer's purchases will depend on the business or industry you're in. It's much easier to get someone to buy an extra sharpie marker than it is to get them to buy an extra piece of furniture, or additional services, if your in the Service Industry. But generally, everyone can find a way to boost their average dollar sale. Boost the amount each customer spends in your business, and you'll see a large impact on your bottom line. #Business Strategy # Marketing Strategy www.magnusbusinessbuilder.com
11.01.2022 How to Increase Profit Tomorrow Make sure that your business is set up to reap the most profit from the efforts you have made attracting new, loyal customers. What you decide to spend money on, how you price your products and services, and how much you pay to acquire your products and services are all choices that you make in running your business. Profit margins can be optimized so that each transaction that goes through your point of sale is contributing the highest possibl...e dollar value to your bottom line. There are three basic ways to increase profit margins 1. Maximize your existing margins. Increase high-margin items and decrease small margin items. Stop discounting 2. Reduce fixed and variable costs. Be aware of and manage spending. 3. Increase Prices Don't be afraid to boost prices by 10%. Many business owners are afraid they will lose customers if they increase their prices, but this is rarely true. Most customers won't notice a hike in prices, so you'll lose very few. Monitor your costs and profit margins carefully to ensure that your business is running as efficiently as possible. #Business Strategy # Marketing Strategy www.magnusbusinessbuilder.com
09.01.2022 How to Calculate and Lower the Cost of Your Customers When you buy a product, you want to receive the most for your dollar. The same is true for customer acquisition Generating leads and converting those leads to customers is a process that costs you money. Time also equals money. Increasing your repeat business is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to boost your bottom line... Everyone has a group of customers they enjoy doing business with and are pleased to continually serve (our A-list). Likewise, we all also have a group of customers (our C-list) who are a pain to deal with. They may consistently complain, take advantage of special offers or never spend much money after a bunch of hassle. 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your customers. The important point here is that while you're busy trying to make your C-list customer happy, you're missing the opportunity to give your A-list customer the level of service they deserve. Since the majority of your revenue comes from your A-list customers, that's where you should be focusing your efforts. So, give yourself permission to fire your C-list. Spend your efforts making your A-list happy, and their purchases will more than make up the difference. #Business Strategy # Marketing Strategy
02.01.2022 The words of happy customers can bring about amazing increases in conversion rates. Think about the last time you were looking to hire a contractor, or some type of professional for a service. Or, were about to purchase an expensive item. Did you ask a friend or colleague for recommendations? Did you consult a consumer report about the expensive item's performance? My client testimonial from Scott Aggett at Hello Haus... I’ve been working with Nada for 6m now and I’m pleased I have made the decision to employ her services as a business coach. I was feeling swamped, overwhelmed with my start-up and the myriad of marketing opportunities, systems and protocols to put in place and of course being responsible for all the admin + drive all the revenue as a solo business owner. Nada was able to learn my business from the inside, including my ideal customer, then broke down the path to growth. Just having a 3rd party dive into your business and give you clarity around direction and goals was very beneficial. This process was reasonably fast and cost effective and helped opened my eyes to seeing the opportunities ahead that I may have otherwise missed with the blinkers on. Highly recommend working with Nada to look at your business differently and ultimately to grow.
