21.01.2022 Is there a better option than spending considerable time fighting through the court system? Yes there is, as court delays become more lengthy, we encourage our clients to explore the option of mediation. Mediation does not need to be a daunting process, it can be guided and managed by the benefit of having a Family Law Solicitor in your corner. Get the right advice, know your facts and have your position ready before heading into mediation with your Solicitor ready to fight for you. If you would like more information and to book an initial consultation please call Tammy Sandas on 9018 9408 to schedule an appointment.

Whilst for some this is just another weekend, for others trying to interpret orders as entered into can prove to be difficult. It is important to review your orders in advance of changeover times, make sure that you are reading all relevant sections and not jumping between parenting orders. If your Solicitor has already closed f...or the break, we would suggest that you calmly review your orders again and should it be appropriate to your circumstances, open communication with the other party for clarity as opposed to contravening orders from misinterpretation. We wish you all an enjoyable long weekend with your families.
