12.01.2022 The Heart of my Pussy is an embodiment workshop for women to powerfully connect their wombs and hearts. Our womb is filled with sensual, sexual, creative shakti which when connected with our heart flows EASILY and GRACEFULLY into our PASSIONS our PURPOSE and enables us to live and create abundance, joy, peace, vitality in ALL avenues of our lives. Most women sometime in her life will experience a period of heart-break or painful relationships, sexual trauma and or co-dependan...cy which causes great hurt and suffering. This is fantastic! Yes you heard me correct... Pain leads to transformation and awakening when we learn how to "digest" it! From this suffering arises a great will and desire for change! The Pericardium protects our heart on the physical, spiritual and emotional level. Post hurt and trauma, often our pericardium will close the gate to the heart in order to protect it from further pain. This can lead to symptoms of - Disinterest in sex and sexual relationships "shutting up shop" - "Unconscious" connectionless sex AKA "Man hunting" - Emotional eating; Instead of the heart receiving sexual life force energy from the womb, it craves sweets and comfort food in order to receive the pleasure of Life Force. - Weight Gain that it "Impossible" to shift! I see this in my practice again and again, weight that wont shift because its literally a physical barrier attempting to protect the body, the great thing is that I have also watched people lose this weight in record breaking time just by acknowledging, healing and releasing past relationship pain and trauma. - Dressing down, looking scrappy, not putting any time, energy, effort or attention into pampering, adoring, adorning, beautifying and honoring oneself; this is a defense mechanism so to not attract any attention or affections that could potentially lead to future hurts. In this workshop we will work on reawakening, opening, strengthening the channels between the womb and heart so that the connection is powerful and Sexual, shakti, Life Force energy is surging, fueling our capacity to self love, self adore, strut our stuff, look sexy, feel sexy, honor ourselves, heal our past pains and step into our passionate bright creative dream futures with confidence and self LOVE!!
