21.01.2022 Thank you to our wonderful communities for coming together in a cold and windy day. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of our volunteers and supporters for organising and hosting the BBQ. I’m for ‘need based policies to serve the needs of our communities, and not for greed of a few’ including a multipurpose community center in Gungahlin, revitalisation of Yerrabi pond and expansion of Gungahlin CIT. Together we can make a difference for our communities.

19.01.2022 The world will remember justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, U.S. Supreme Court Justice. Thank you Hillary Clinton for your recommendation and thank you President Bill Clinton for your appointment, an excellent choice indeed. #RBG was a champion for justice and she cleared the way for gender equality so other women can have a seat at the table. Her legacy will live on.

18.01.2022 We'll provide up to five days of sick and carer's pay for our most insecure workers. Because no one should have to choose between their health and feeding their family. Not in this country. Not in this state. Dan Andrews, a genuine and compassionate leader.

16.01.2022 Unity is the key to success and we all need to work together to ensure a safer planet for our kids and grandkids! We also need diversity at the decision making table to stir things up and to make sure the Government stays focused on the big picture while we’re Building a Better Normal. 15.01.2022 Unpaid student loan in Australia is around $58 billion. Australia, a lucky country and a rich country, has been able to provide free education for the domestic students through a student loan system. Productivity Commission says time has come to recoup the unpaid loans, even from the dead students. Productivity Commission also suggests vocational students should be charged minimum upfront fees to avoid perceptions of ‘free money’.

03.01.2022 In my nearly three decades of volunteering in Canberra, we’ve lobbied hard to get a large community center with no result. As a Greens candidate I was able to get the ACT Greens to commit to build a large multipurpose community that was announced as election commitment few months ago, a first time for any political party in the ACT. Earlier this evening I attending the Canberra Multicultural Community Forum’s meet the candidates Zoom session. Multicultural community center was front and center of the discussions. Was pleased to see the commitments from both labor and liberals to build the center in the next term of the ACT government. Very pleased to see that that my efforts has resulted in all parties commuting to build this much needed community space.

02.01.2022 As election corflutes begin littering Canberra streets, the ACT Greens have again called for a ban on roadside electoral signs during local election campaigns. It’s well past time to get rid of these annoying electoral signs they’re a huge turn off for the community and a huge waste of plastic. The ACT Greens are currently displaying front yard signs displayed - by choice - by individual households. These are made from 100% recycled material, and can be recycled in a person...’s yellow bin.
