10.01.2022 People do so much sitting these days, that keeping the hip flexor mobile is an ongoing task. Once out of balance, the misalignment travels right up the spine to the jaw, grabbing muscles all the way and making them tight. Remember to keep checking your posture as you dance. I also recommend yoga to keep the hip flexor mobile and prevent sway-back.
