Major Motors Port Hedland has just transitioned to a brand new purpose built facility with a massive 12 bay workshop. This will allow a New Foreperson to be in a Prime position to excel utilizing these excellent facilities. The prospective Foreperson should possess the following attributes... 1. A high standard of communication skills. 2. Be personable and have a strong focus on good customer interaction. 3. Realize they are part of - and work with the team around them. 4. Have good time management and organizational skills. 5. Very good attention to detail. Ideally you will have the following qualifications or skills... 1. Completed year 11 or similar training 2. Minimum of a HR License 3. Approx. 3 years of Automotive truck experience 4. Formal Qualifications as a HD Truck Mechanic. 5. A good working knowledge of Isuzu trucks an advantage. 6. Working knowledge of Parts stores & Interpreting. This Job suits an individual who appreciates system and structure that a Dealership brings along with DMS that provides a great depth of information. But "Your flexible & personable attitude is the best attribute to bring to this role" This is a residential role in Port Hedland and it involves some long hours with over-time rewards -- bringing an annual wage to Circa $150,000 with O/T. This position will bring long term progression and employment rewards with access to a company service vehicle & phone. Accommodation assistance will be discussed as part of a package.
