Next time you are feeling a little stressed, or lethargic at work try these few exercises 2-3 times in the day. Guarantee your day will be better. 20 wall presses (push up against a wall)... 20 Triceps dips (using a chair/table) 20 Crunches 30 seconds quick air punches 30 seconds quick feet 10 seconds rest Repeat as required Let me know how you go. :-)
09.01.2022 I just wanted to take a moment to say how proud I am of one of my clients. She came to me a few months ago wanting to get fit to pass her Roller Derby assessments, with the end goal of making the team to play the home bout series in October. Well, last night she had her very first bout! YAY DIXIE!! You have come so far since we started our sessions and show no sign of slowing down!! Can't wait to help you SMASH your next goal!

05.01.2022 Clients often ask me if I do the same workouts that i give to them. The answer is, in one form or another, I do/have done almost every exercise/workout i have ever given out. I believe that i can't truly empathise with my client if I haven't done the workout myself.
