17.01.2022 Western inspired ankle boots with an Australian twist. Now to burnishing

17.01.2022 Having a play with our new Shadow Inks today. I really like this black, it forms a beautiful finish doesn't rub off like black dye does. I decided to use our white H2O Antique on one of my play pieces, considering it was a rough old piece of swivel knife work, don't mind saying it worked well. The white works better on other colors but all things considered not too bad.

05.01.2022 Finally finished this piece from an Elktrack Studio Webinar I did a couple of years ago. This is now a notebook cover. Antiqued with our H2O Dark Plum Antique, I then painted the owl with the Dark Plum antique and used yellow and green spirit dye for the eye and background. Finished it off with a mixture of H2O gloss and matt Finish and Indelible green edge ink. I really love our H2O Antiques, Finishes and Edge Ink. They are so versatile. You don't have to use them just as an Antique. I'm really please with how it turned out.
