Ah Navy...so wonderful, such an important color and yet so often forgotten. NAVY!!!! Wearing Navy Blue near your eyes will make the whites appear brighter. The result of this? The eyes are brighter and more noticeable! Navy will always bring more attention to the eye. Add some shimmer shadow and your eyes will "sparkle". This is great for all eye color but es...pecially beneficial to a brown eye. Also, Navy is softer on the skin than black and so will not "wash out" a light skin or make a deep skin look deeper. A must have in your wardrobe of masks! Blue is also very beneficial to most skins and eye color. Blue will pop any warm red tones in a brown eye and make a blue eye appear larger. It also cools the tones in a green eye. Blue will bring out the warm golden tones of the skin, the caramel browns and bronzes. Again - great essential! Make a Blue Eye look Bigger! Enhance a tan.
