25.01.2022 Stuck for ideas to keep the kids entertained these holidays? We joined a hide n seek rock finding fb page (link below). The kids love doing craft and decorating rocks. Then we go on walks, bike rides, visit parks to hide our rocks and look for new ones. It’s basically free, creative and gets the kids outside. 25.01.2022 LUNCH BOX NOTES My daughter Cali still gets anxious about going to school most mornings, to help ease her worries I do daily lunch box post it notes. Each day I write a new note with a positive message or affirmation and stick it somewhere in her lunch bag for her. She gets excited finding them during the day at school and it gives her something to look forward to.
