20.01.2022 With temps reaching high levels today, the power system may come under pressure - particularly between peak demand hours, 4-7pm. Plan your energy usage with the tips below (and share them with your family/friends). Lower your blinds before you leave for work in the morning. You don’t have to turn off your air-con during the peak period, but you can help reduce your energy usage but adjusting the setting to 20-24C, instead of 18C.... If you’re at home during the day, run the dishwasher or washing machine earlier and avoid the peak demand hours. If you experience a power outage, contact your local distributor. Finally, look out for the elderly, neighbours, family and friends in this heat and stay cool.

19.01.2022 Bushfire Relief Assistance Package On behalf of brothers Bryce Mall and Justin Mall from Mall Electric, a small donation has been made that can hopefully have some immediate impact for the brave men and women currently fighting the bushfires. In additional to our donation, we will be donating a further 10% of all sales in January and February towards the victims who have been impacted by the ongoing bushfire crisis.... As well as 10% going towards bushfire relief assistance - for customers in our community who use our services, and know someone that have been affected by the bushfire crisis, we will be randomly selecting a family or friend nominated for our bushfire relief assistance package by offering our services free of charge to rough in and fit off electrical services to help get them back on their feet. We would also like to extend the invitation to other trades who may be able to give up some time to assist in the re-build, so feel free to get in contact with us and to our generous wholesalers, we hope you may be able to assist by donating some electrical items to complete the works. Thoughts are with those assisting with the fires, especially over this weekend. May you stay safe and get home to your loved ones. Thank you for all your efforts.
