Well as you all have heard by now the federal Government handed down their next stage of restrictions being bars & restaurants are to close Monday 23, 12 noon, March 2020. For the mean time will be shut whilst we take the time to talk with all our employees find out how or if we can assist them through this tough time.... Malt Dining employs a very tight nit small group of staff and this news has been devastating for all of us here but we just want to thank all our customers that have walked through the doors and supported the business over the time we have been open. You can still support our Malt Traders Bottle Shops and Malt Pier in Newstead as they will adapting to the restrictions with takeaway / delivery options. Please keep and eye out on this page as will keep you updated on when the possibility of our re open will be. We look forward to seeing you all again hopefully sooner rather than later stay safe, head the restrictions and advice provided by the government. Kind Regards Management

20.01.2022 We just want to highlight one of our boys Jerry our commis chef! He is always on the hunt to learn more and he has come in on his day off today just to learn how to break down Kingfish for one of our new dishes available for dinner now the Kingfish Crudo! So book in now guys! Jerry is a non smoker, does yoga, meditation, parkour, likes posing for photos in random places, likes revving motorcycles unnecessarily, has a big heart, basically an all around sweetheart! Ladies his single!
