09.01.2022 Cafe in Flemington area looking for an experienced Venue Manager on permanent Full Time basis. To be considered for this role you should: - Have at least 2 years of experience as a Café Manager and overall at least 4 years experience in melbourne cafe hospitality businesses. Able to provide job references if successful.... - Reliable, mature and should be able to manage a team of FOH staff members. Experience in managing a café / business e.g. rosters, time sheets, ordering, daily reporting, weekly budgets etc - Experience in speciality coffee. Someone who is confident dialling in coffee and creating recipes. - Friendly personality and a customer first attitude - Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment - Be a team player willing & available weekends - Creativity and knowledge of current food trends - A passion for food, and desire to constantly improve - Proficiency in all aspects of food safety - Positive communication skills, energy and attitude The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about coffee and breakfast.
