25.01.2022 After many attempts I am happy to have the outcome of today’s Coconut (gf)(df) cake ... 6 eggs 1 cup of sugar 1 cup glutinous rice flour 1 TBS corn flour 1/2 ts baking powder 1/2 ts cream of tartar 1 TBS coconut cream 1 TBS coconut oil Method Beat white eggs only with 3/4 of sugar, baking powder and cream of tartar until firm Beat yellow eggs with sugar till thickened turn bit of white colour then add coconut cream and oil mix gently till all combine add corn flour and rice flour bit by bit till all mix well Then add the white egg slowly and combine gently until all mix in Bake for 60 minutes on 180 c or pending oven function on the bath water baking Make sure the cake is fully cooked before opening This is the result Have a go! 16.01.2022 Making kueh dadar (green pancakes) All quantities can be reduced as I am making for the restaurant easy for me to have large quantity Ingredients Filling :... 1/2 kg grated coconut 400g coconut sugar 100g white sugar Cinnamon stick Pinch of salt Water to dilute (start with small amount of water if too watery just keep cooking till water almost gone) Simmer for 20 minutes or till almost dry Green pancake 600m water 200m coconut cream 2 eggs 1/2kg plain flour 5 tbsp corn flour Pinch of salt 5 tbsp sugar Blend all ingredients till smooth (if too tick more water if too runny add more flour until all consistent well like the video) Have fun making them Any questions drop me a message Anyone can ask for special request of recipe as long I am capable to do it

At Mamaku, we model my mother, a single mother who fed six hungry mouths, in a time when she had little to nothing to her name. ... How can you find ways to be resourceful? How can you grow your own veggies and herbs? How can you create something special from basic ingredients? We are sharing her life, her journey and her ways through fb group; The Heart of Mindful Cooking. Royal Steamed Egg recipe card and video is up. And it requires just two eggs. Of course this doesn’t answer our question but the answers are arriving day by day. Would our customers like to pay it forward when they can?

Then in 1995, a fish and chips shop called Seafood Delites. At the time, it was a window in a major shopping centre eatery hall. They decided to feature a handful of Indonesian dishes - Kangkung, Tumis Buncis, Rendang, Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Soup bowl selections that included Laksa. Terasi(shrimp paste) can get them from Asian groceries Salt sugar Kefir Lime leave Cook in oil till all soft and shrimp paste thoroughly mixed in Then blend them in blender till all smooth like paste For better quality and last longer after blending, place the paste into the work to reheat and ready for packaging or eat Have fun everyone
