14.01.2022 Needing another way to monitor, provide accountability and support remotely for your coaches and athletes? I have been using Nudge to help athletes and teams remotely for some time now. It works well if your athletes have a Fitbit or something similar but can also work if they do not have a tracking device.(JBHIFI currently have a special on Charge 3 fitbit for $99) We use it to track Sleep, Exercise, Eating and Drinking (water) along with ability to set up teams within teams for engagement and a fun aspect to the program. ManageSport has a master coach licence so let us know how you can get access for your individual coaches or sporting teams!
