16.01.2022 Police fitness test complete Massive congratulation to Ryan hall for completing the requirements for the police force.... As we discovered this isn’t as easy as it first looks. The Illinois test took a few attempts to get inside the required time which lead to failing the beep test However in very short timeframe, He aggressively trained the specific energy systems that needed improvements and came back a week later to complete it! As a coach I’m super proud of him. His resilience, dedication and humble attitude will make him a real asset to the community. Congratulations and good luck for the rest of the process
