21.01.2022 I can’t believe another pop is over! A massive thank you to Southlands Boulevarde for having me. I met some absolutely beautiful people, and I really hope that all the new ones to my cheesecakes liked them! I would like to give Lisa (my young employee) a huge shout out as she is little mini me! She got everything organised every morning, made sure we had everything and kept me sane!! Thank you!! Also to my amazing Husband Aaron. I think he deserves a huge mention here as he s...upports my business 100%, he even made the cabinet that my fridge sat on!!! I was super impressed! He made my POS and had everything perfect, easy to access! So now it’s time to start preparing for Halloween, Christmas and the tasting event! Don’t forget to grab your tickets for this event. Phone rings a random number I haven’t seen before. Me: hello... Caller: is this the cheesecake lady? Me: it is Caller: *laughter* - do you have any cheesecakes in your car right now? Me: yes I do! Caller: *laughter* we are in the car behind you Me & Lisa - Burst out laughing! Not sure if this is for real or not Caller: what do you have? Me: I have heaps Lisa: we have (starts rambling off a huge list of flavours) By this time you could just about hear the passengers in the car behind us drooling over the flavours.... Caller: I think we will be calling you again soon It was one of those had to be there moments but it was worth sharing!! Certainly handy having My number on the back of the car.

Delivery menu is attached (scones, peppermint slice & carrot cake not available atm)... We also have available some caramel cups: large ones are $3 each (2 available) and small are $1.50 each (14 available) Deliveries will start as soon as Lisa gets here - she should be here by around 11:30 am. 02.01.2022 Like many others in the same boat, I won’t get to see my dad for Christmas this year, and due to Covid I haven’t seen him since last Christmas. It won’t be the same this year, but instead I made him up a special little box that he can have on Christmas Day which includes a mixture of fudge, peppermint cups, caramel cups & Christmas rocky road all home made by me and put it in the post today with the gift my sister and I went halves on for him. Even tho he will be on h...is own, we still can try and make his day special. And he has his friends to keep him company on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas to my amazing father, and will see you soon!
