16.01.2022 Here are some before and after shots of a Chivers 5.8m C/Console that we have just re-powered with a new Mercury 150hp EFI Four Stroke. The boat now pushes out to 40 knots with two adults on board. Between 3500 - 4000 RPM the boat is achieving a cruise speed of over 20 knots and achieving 2km/L The outboard has been paired with a Vessel View 403 screen, steering and dash upgrades have also taken place. The boat reached a top speed of 48mph/42 knots At 3500 RPM the boat is achieving just under 2km/L and travelling at 25mph/22 knots and at 4000 RPM the boat is still achieving just under 2km/L at 30mph/26 knots. ...
