23.01.2022 Im glad that the Australian Hairdressing Council is thinking of the health and safety of Hairdressers and clients. I saw Sandy Chong on ABC this afternoon and feel reasured I've made the right decision for us all at this time.

20.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that I've made the decision to close for a few weeks. I don't feel comfortable with the difficult situation we find ourselves in and I feel a sense of responsibility to you, my clients and my family to follow the distance recomendations at this time. I will reassess the situation in a couple of weeks and I'm doing my best to contact each person individually that has an appointment within this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and h...ope we all can stay safe and well in the coming weeks. I will be in touch via Facebook and phone to keep you up to date with how I'm trading. If anyone would like any retail products, I'm happy to take orders and payment over the phone and bring them out to the car for you. 15.01.2022 TEMPORARY CLOSURE UPDATE.. At this stage I will remain closed until the 20th April and reassess the situation again then. If I can help anyone with products and takeaway root touch up, please give me call. I am in the same boat staying home and social distancing. I recently had my colour touched up but with one thing and another I'd put off having my hair cut for some time. It was sooo long that last night it finally got the better of me and after a day in the garden, I had ...a shower, washed my hair and convinced Shane to cut it for me. I said "I've taught all my apprentices to razor cut on my own hair you'll be fine!" What a champion he is, he cut 4 inches off the bottom of my hair, slightly concave just how I like it. I wouldn't recommend everyone's husband to cut their hair while staying home, but It just goes to show, with a bit of professional guidance anything is possible. A roof plumber can razor cut a concave bob! He did a great job and I feel 10 years younger without all that hair dragging me down. Considering I celebrate another year around the sun tomorrow, it was a perfect gift from my perfect husband. I know how important your hair looking good is and I'll be taking appointments again as soon as I feel it's safe enough to do so. I'll keep you posted. Happy Easter my beautiful people See more

There's been lots of challenges for so many this year, so I'm feeling very blessed to have gotten through it all surrounded and supported by all my favourite people.. you guys! I've been unbelievably spoilt for Christmas thank you so very much for all the absolutely wonderful gifts, cards, love, good wishes and special friendships we share. Its quite overwhelming at this time of year. You've all made me feel very special and appreciated. From our family to yours.. MERRY CHRISTMAS

05.01.2022 Hi, just touching base with everyone. All is good here. Business as usual. I will be off from Friday 20th, back on Tuesday 24th. Just a short break up the river, so if you can't reach me on the phone, don't panic, all is well. During this time of uncertainty, I've been making sure every surface (arms of chairs, benches, eftpos machine ect.) Is wiped down with disinfectant between every client. All towels and capes and other equipment are freshly laundered and cleaned as us...ual. I'm so lucky that all my clients are lovely considerate people who don't come to there appointment if they're sick. God forbid someone gave me something and I passed it on to my Dad, Lane or any of my more vulnerable clients. I will continue to bump elbows instead of hugs and kisses and look after you all as best as possible while your here. If I'm sick I'll let you know so none of you are at risk from me. 01.01.2022 In light of the recent numbers of Covid19 coming down, I'm taking appointments again. It's hard to know if this is the right thing to do and I caution you all as to coming to see me. Although a lot of you may have been safely isolating, once I start seeing clients, even with all the extra precautions I'm taking, I'm unable to distance from anyone while working. This makes me a risk to you. PLEASE IF YOURE UNWELL or IF YOUVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE THAT'S UNWELL, PLEASE DON'T COME...! If I am unwell I will reschedule your appointment. I'll be spacing appointments so there may be a longer wait to get in but this is for all our safety. This awful situation isn't over and we all have to be very careful. I'll do my best taking temperature and thoroughly cleaning everything that you come into contact with. I've purchased paper cups and hand sanitizer which I urge you to use regularly during your visit. Please wait for me to open the door for you and stay in you chair to pay and make you next appointment. Feel free to call for an appointment and I'll try to accommodate everyone the best I can.
