25.01.2022 The legs kill me from Metafit the other day - but the only way to get back into it is to beat it.... Hard yards - metapwr.... NEVER an easy one.. Might only be 2 rounds - but power plays KILL!!!

21.01.2022 Tomorrow is MetaFit day for me at home in quarantine - another grueling workout. But after the legs died from metafit and I thought I wouldnt be able to do metapwr, it was the BEST thing I could have done to break down the lactic acid and get moving again. SO! tomorrow YOU decide which Metafit I put myself through. I have 63 different metafts to choose from.... The numer range is too vast - so Im going to break it down - and I think I need to do a matrix... Choose one - and the most votes - thats what I will do: Big Cheese El Fuego L.A. 21.01.2022 Hi lovelies... so it seems that peeps are still checking in - which is awesome.... just an update - but no real update. Still unable to secure an indoor venue for winter at the moment for weeknights. And with winter months the council have a 5pm curfew on park activities... which is impossible for me given I work full time during the day.... At this stage it looks like we might need to resort to ‘summer months training’ In saying that -if you have a yard or location and you want a one on one or maybe you have a friend or two that want a HIIT session or a weighted HIIT session - pm me and we can try to make some arrangements Keep safe - keep well and keep checking in
20.01.2022 An old Group class member contacted me tonight to ask when I was starting things up again. I have been doing some HUGE mindshift work over the last few months, which told me I had to look at myself, and why I was doing what I was doing. My response to him tonight was exactly this. 'I know what you mean mate - coz coaches need coaches. I have been hitting it hard the last 3 weeks as part of a 12 week transformation with a PT at Derrimuts here in Angle Vale. I needed some minds...hift work, to realise it was about me and those who enjoyed working out with me, not about getting back at snap. And in the last 3 weeks that has happened. My weight has not budged, but I am smashing PB's like you wouldnt believe and am keen AF to get back into park sessions. although theres a HUGE diff between weights and cardio - especially Metafit & metaPwr, but the thing I love the MOST, that I always thought was my downfall, I always thought I HAD TO be fitter, faster and stronger. I still do to a degree, but I also believe I just have to BE REAL..... Because when you are real, thats when ppl dont feel intimidated to come and join in, and its when we grow, and achieve together, thats when the magic happens.... I would sooooooooooo LOVE to see you out there man.... Keep a watch on my FB page... Otherwise Im gunna hunt you down'. AND EVERY WORD IS TRUE. Its about YOU! Its about what YOU want to achieve. Its about what YOU believe in. Its about YOU!. I might push you in a workout - if I know you are taking it easy, I might regress your moves if I know you are struggling. I might laugh with you if you make up a move. I might look at you with pride and words of belief when I see you have achieved a milestone. No Pressure, unless I know you want it. No Pressure if you are having a bad day but just want to let off steam, no pressure if you cant make it because you just want to couch surf (or have a nanna nap - you know who Im talking about). This is for YOU.... you tell me what you want - and well will work together. Because you are ALL AMAZING.. XXX
20.01.2022 It was GREAT to bring back a metapwr. A hidden ‘4’ rounder (doing dbl of each in Rd 1).... it shocked me how unfit I have got but also how working out with a mate pushes you to just keep going.... bring on daylight savings when park fitness can run again... 19.01.2022 Today I signed up for a personalise 12 week program with PT Cassie Wing at Derrimuts Angle vale. It’s not going to be easy - many things to work through - mind - body - spirit..... But I believe Cassie is a good fit for my personality traits and will push and kick my ass and help me achieve my goals...... It’s time to get back to what I love the most... Fitness

19.01.2022 I may not be dynamic & explosive at the moment - but I have made a commitment to myself - a meta workout every second day. Since last wed I have lost 1.5 kg - combining exercise with diet.... I still got today and tomorrow to go before I can say I been on lite’n’easy for 1 week. 16.01.2022 SO! I LOVE MetaPwr, and the Bag and Slam Ball would be close to my fav pieces of equipment.... Im not sure if the UK see 'ball bag' the same way that we do here in Oz??? 09.01.2022 I’m not proud of the weight I have put back on or how unfit I have got - but I made a decision to change it and turn back time to 12 mths ago.... the clothes still fit - just a bit tighter with a few extra rolls - and I had to regress some exercises - but I made it through my first Metafit after nearly 12 mths Tomorrow - metaPwr... bring back the battle ropes & slam balls

06.01.2022 HI all, I have been overwhelmed with your excitement with the lifting of 'some' restrictions to fitness. I need to give you an update of where - my group fitness program is at. So far - we can only workout in groups of 10 - at social distancing 'Outdoors'. For what I do - this is easy Which brings us to the outside climate - Because I work full time I can generally only run classes 'after hours' and the 'City of Playford' park reservation terms and conditions in winter stop...s any activity after 5pm - thats a no go for us, where we have been. I have tried to contact a few indoors venues - but we are not in 'phase 2' yet - and the ones I have contacted already have pre-existing bookings that they will honor if needed when things move to phase 2 - so I need to try and find somewhere that will accommodate us when phase 2 hits. I am applying to 'city of playford' to have my 'park permit' for Saturday and Sunday / mid morning so we can do a weekend thing (this will take its time - because we know councils dont move fast), and will also be weather permitting. I LOVE everyone's enthusiasm. I myself, have struggled with enthusiasm when it comes to 'online' group fitness - 'Pound' has been offering that which is awesome. However - my 'main trade' has been the Metafit and MetaPwr program, which we will never compromise to online training. I want to get back to training as well, or to be honest - be around all you amazing people, and have some laughs while we gasp for a breathe and improve our fitness. Please keep sending me PMs - coz its great to keep contact with you all, and as soon as I can make something happen - we will be back on - FOR SURE
06.01.2022 Hi all - it’s great to be getting lots of messages asking when I’m starting up the metas and pound again. I’m in the final stages of confirming with angle vale sports complex to use the soccer oval behind the facilities... The committee meet Monday - so I have been told I should have an answer Monday night.... They are also waiting on council advice because I only want to hire the oval - not the building facilities - so that then also becomes a council thing.... It’s crazy - but I just wanted you all to know - it’s coming and I can’t wait to see you all and have some fun
