25.01.2022 Due to our ongoing supplier issues we may need to change the ordering process for the time being. The website was set up to take orders and payment then the hair was posted to us to have your order made. Unfortunately as supplies ran low we had to close the books for new orders temporarily. This seems to have created some confusion. So, instead of opening the books for orders and then having to close them when supplies are running low most people are missing out if they do...nt order in time. Therefore we are thinking of setting up a waiting list instead. You send your horses hair to us with your order and once supplies are available, your order is then made and once its ready we send you an invoice for payment. Does this seem a better idea or no? We are trying to source new suppliers and are now also trying to build up stock for Christmas orders as well. Your patience is greatly appreciated, your support means the world to us See more
