Justin didn’t just open a delicious food truck business, he carefully considered every aspect of it, down to the packaging. His ethos is to leave as small a footprint on the earth as he can while running a successful food truck for the community.... Visiting the Mangiamo Food Truck and chatting with Justin was inspirational! He has gone above and beyond - in menu, and in producing as little waste as possible. Here are some very cool things you might not know about Mangiamo (apart from their sensational Italian food - Arancini, I’m looking at you): 1. Mangiamo donate leftover meals to Ronald McDonald House. 2. Their vegie scraps from food prep go to their chooks . 3. Their dogs get the meat scraps. 4. They use their own fresh eggs in their dishes. 5. They compost anything that can be Justin is all over the packaging, so there were only a couple of solutions we had to find to suit his business and sustainability needs.
