Mango muffins : 2 cups SR flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg lightly beaten... 2 tbsp olive oil 3/4 cup coconut milk Mix well Fold through one chopped mango (pureé would work well too) Makes 12 muffins See more

24.01.2022 What a great day! Many of you might have purchased their last tray of mangoes for the season. For you who didn't...don't despair! I've just had word there are a few trays of $15 R2E2's and Kensington Pride (various prices depending on size) coming in after 10am tomorrow morning Friday. We will be open on Bargara Road from 9am until 3.30 and again from 9am on Saturday unless sold out. Keep watching our posts on this page. Thank you! Have a great night

17.01.2022 The R2E2 mangoes are here!!! For you who don't know this is generally a larger size mango with magnificent colour. The flesh is smoother than that of the KP and therefore has to be consumed when still very firm. Open from 9.30 until 5pm. $15 per tray

So if you haven't stacked your freezer or made chutney etc. yet I'd urge you to do so soon. Just ask for freezer suitable mangoes. They don't always have to be first grade... 11.01.2022 As we wind up another mango season I would like to thank all you loyal customers for supporting us again. What a strange season it has been. The lack of fruit meant a lot of people never got their usual share of mangoes. For this we apologise even if it was out of our control. Let's hope next season will once again be plentiful. 04.01.2022 Oh...good news for you!! As we are approaching the end of our R2E2 mangoes they have now been reduced to only $15 per tray. That's well over 5 kg of fruit. Can't say no to that.. With their firmer flesh they're great for freezing, fruit salads or as some of our ladies do..put a few cubes into a glass of bubbly and call it a tropical bellini Still available our Kensington Pride! Always the favorite...grab them while they're still around at $20 a tray. We've also got big passionfruit 3 for $2.50 and some jap pumpkins for $3 each. All organic so you can taste the goodness in our fruit. We constantly get wonderful feedback from our lovely customers and that makes us happy . All that at 251 Bargara Road. 02.01.2022 So we can all plan our day for tomorrow Thursday I'm letting you know we will be open from 11am to 5pm. I can't see too much into the future but I can see the end of our mango season either tomorrow or Friday. Boxes of R2E2's are still $15 A limited amount of smaller sizes of Kensington Pride are now starting to appear (as usual towards the end ) and they are reduced to $13.
