There’s no internet or phone range so it just dawned on me I can’t actually do the work I had planned... yes I’m a weirdo and plan to do work jobs on holiday, it’s when I get to catch up a bit I’ve coloured my hair, made some pretty good looking sourdough had a lash lift, lash and brow tint and a spray tan, clearly not a natural camper...

09.01.2022 This week my family put Dad to rest. Some of you met him in the early days but some didn’t so here’s a snippet. I was one of the lucky ones to have such a great dad. He gave me endless hours of help when I started Manic Cure. He letter box dropped, cleaned gutters, hung shelves, painted, fixed everything I wrecked and then we played pool and drank beer at night. He used to say my time is worth nothing, he always got so much done. I heard him on the phone to mum one night s...aying, well she must be doing something rights as the bloody phone never stops ringing! I was lucky to spend that time with him as an adult, he wasn’t into kids, when Macy was 6 months old and I was picking up my car I kept handing Macy to him while I signed paperwork and he kept giving her back. He said I don’t know what to do, ummm dad you had 3 kids, just don’t drop her.... I’m glad he liked us as adults. He had a love of wearing clothing no one else would wear, ex boyfriends work clothes with their name on it to my Manic Cure T-shirt. He was such a content person and calm till the end. RIP dad See more

07.01.2022 I thought this was an interesting article. There are now many links with poor mental health and gluten consumption. I do wonder if it’s what goes on our wheat products that causes such problems. I know I feel better when I don’t eat to much gluten.
