25.01.2022 Here's a young man on the charge. After his recent selection in the Met East U12 rep team Shoubit has kicked on with some great form for our U13 winter cricket team. He was the backbone of a strong team performance on the weekend making 76 from 75 before retiring under a guard of honor from his teammates. He must have some serous power in those 10 year old arms as he recently snapped his bat at training in preparation for weekend play.... Well done again Shouby!

21.01.2022 A great day for Mansfield Winter cricket. We had wins in both the U13's and U15' for the first time ever! We'll have updates on scores at a later date but for now lets celebrate the wins.... Special mention to our old heads in the U15 team. Preetish and Soham combined for a 66 run partnership off the last 63 balls of our innings. They took our score from 134 to 200 in better than even time. Preetish also knocked up his career highest score of 61 not out. We should also mention some great performances from others too. Josh - 4 wickets Daniel - 3 catches and a wicket Adi and Emmanuel - a brilliant and unbeaten opening partnership that set us up for the win. Both boys were retired "not-out" Congrats to all the boys on a great days work

17.01.2022 Day 1 of our shortened winter season is done and its off to a flyer with one of the nicest blokes in the club chalking up his first ever 50. Congrats to Dean for a terrific knock opening the batting against Wynnum for our U15's. He was ably backed up by Josh who also cracked a nice 50 too.... The match continues next Saturday

08.01.2022 Congrats to our U15 team who have made it into the Grand Final. They'll hope to achieve an undefeated premiership next weekend. The boys have done so well this season with every player in the team contributing to the effort. Good luck fellas

05.01.2022 In our U13 team debutante Luke Thompson took a nice 3-fa bowling spin today. Luke loves his cricket and only converted to spin this week at the urgings of coach Brian. 3 for 24 is nice going in your first match. Well done Luke... The match continues next weekend
