25.01.2022 With the influx of tourists expected on regional roads as Coronavirus restrictions ease ahead of the long weekend, Police will be out in force with dangerous dr...ivers firmly in their sights. Grief from road trauma spreads through families and communities and stays with them for life. Each time you get behind the wheel you can keep yourself and other road users safe by driving to the conditions and sticking to the speed limit. You can stop the spread of grief. #OpRegal

22.01.2022 While COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives over the last few month it hasent impacted our readiness to help you! Through the hard work of our training staff and volunteers our training has moved online to keep us safe and healthy. 10.01.2022 Learn how to be energy safe during a power outage by following these tips. Keep clear of fallen powerlines and keep others away. The powerlines may still be l...ive, so you should call your local electricity distributor. Check your neighbour’s house to see if they have also lost power. If your neighbour has power on, then check to see if your safety switch has been tripped. Be careful when using candles and other open flames keep naked flames away from flammable material. Make sure appliances are turned off (because they could come back on when you are not there). Know what to do: www.energy.vic.gov.au

04.01.2022 SWERVING CAN BE PERILOUS Swerving to avoid wildlife could cause your vehicle to roll, crash or collide with oncoming traffic. Take care while driving on regional roads, particularly at dusk or dawn.

01.01.2022 Our deepest sympathy goes out to the friends & families of the 4 Victoria Police members that tragically past yesterday. Remember you must safely slow to 40km/h when you see red, blue or magenta flashing lights. It’s the law.
