25.01.2022 Another mobile job on the BMW E60 530i with a Tunit Power Pedal and stage 1+ remap approx 32kW and 54Nm.

21.01.2022 This great little 125i back in after some exhaust work and mods. Stage 2 tweak to the previuos Stage1+ now 310Hp and 461Nm. It has turned this into a little tyre turning weapon.

21.01.2022 Probably one of our favourite engines. The BMW 4.4L Twin Turbo, just so much potential, this great X6M standard with 423kW and already more torque than the M5 at 750Nm came in for a tune. Left with a Stage 1+ tune bringing it up to 510kW and 850Nm. He is bringing it back in the near future for stage 2, exhaust with BMC filters where we will lift it to 532kW and 900Nm.

19.01.2022 The Land Rover Defender is a staple part of our diet here at Maptec. The results of a tune on these both the 2.2 and 2.4L are a drastically changed performance for both towing and general drivability. Increases are on average 27kW and 80Nm. This allowing for a much smoother gear changes, second gear hopping gone, economy, a gear better on hills and now able to tow on and off road with ease. Like towing this awesome @bruder_expedition EXP6 up Big Red no problem.

18.01.2022 A few action images of a G-wagon we did a little while ago. The ever impressive G-Wagon Professional. What a great bit of kit. Being the G300 this was detuned quite a bit from factory with only 135kW and 400Nm from it's 3.0L V6. After a stage 2 tune with an awesome 55kW and 200Nm increase this once lazy G300 is almost the same a tuned G350 now. The owners can not believe it is the same vehicle, now turning all 4 of it's 33" tyres where as before it struggled to just pull away with any enthusiasm.

11.01.2022 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi in at our dealer @emd_tyrepower_4x4 in Emerald for some lovin. They installed headers, highflow cats and full exhaust system. A @tunitaustralia Power Pedal and we did a stage 1+ tune with modified cat calibrations +35Hp and 40Nm.

08.01.2022 The Land Rover Range Rover TDV8 L405. What a great vehicle, the perfect blend of Luxury, off road capability and performance. In at @4tuneautomotive for a service and a bit of a tickle to the 4.4DTT with a stage 1 tune giving a 40kW and 140Nm increase. Owner loves his new weapon. 08.01.2022 2018 Audi Q7 3.0L CRTC engine in for a tune after having previously tried a big name handheld and seemingly loosing both economy and performance. This vehicle has been set up for towing so we did a stage 1 tune + 40kW and +90Nm focusing on torque delivery and customer is very happy in both performance and economy.

07.01.2022 You have to love the Audi RS vehicles. This pocket rocket got the Maptec treatment now punching out 410Hp and 605Nm what a weapon it is now, also has all the pops and crackles the customer was always wanting.

05.01.2022 We cover all types of applications, here is one of the fantastic @slrvexpedition vehicles. One of their Adventurers based on the Isuzu NPS300 running the Sitec 155 4HK1 engines in for a bit of a tweak. With a stage1 tune +45Hp and +130Nm increase it is now a much nicer drive at all speeds and should return a bit better economy of around 10-15%.

01.01.2022 The Jag XE S 3.0L Supercharged had some Maptec magic at one of our good dealers @4tuneautomotive last week where we have added a bit more life to the already lively beast. With just a stage 1 tune we added increases of 60Hp and 50Nm now 400Hp and 600Nm. Stay tuned for next week we are trying some pops and crackles.
