20.01.2022 Post has been edited to include sleep Ok so this little beauty arrived at my door today and I couldn’t wait to try it. I was expecting a massive peach flavour but its very subtle. After about an hour I started to feel a little bit tingly. ... Normally after a massive day at work which can sometimes not be a pleasant day due to what’s going on (and yes we’ve all had them ) I would be in tears, grumpy, screaming banshee. But not this little duck. I was cool as a cucumber. The next test was a child who wouldn’t go and brush her teeth or get ready for bed. Again the banshee would have been out but I couldn’t find her. I’m now sitting down having a herbal tea and thinking what the heck happened today. Thank you innercalm. Thank you. I will let you know how I sleep as it is said to help with that too. I probably had one of my best nights sleep. I fell asleep a lot more easily and felt like I had a solid nights sleep. Individual results will vary but so far I’m Pretty impressed and that’s only after day 1

I git extremely spoilt for Mother’s Day.m, had breakfast in bed , went for a walk through kings park, had a hand massage and now the family is cooking dinner.
