17.01.2022 Hello Beautiful Souls How are you feeling? I know how scary things are looking right now and how easy it may be to dwell in the shadow of uncertainty. I have had my moments of anxiety as well; but it passes as my focus shifts to the beauty of kindness all over the globe and in my little community. - I have seen videos of people in Europe stepping out onto their balconies applauding the noble efforts of health care workers amid the Coronavirus lockdown.... - Heard stories of generosity in small ways for those who are on the front lines of service keeping the remnants of our civilisation going...smiles and good cheer from strangers as they pass within their designated distance and the list goes on. - In this surreal, challenging and down right weird state of things..there is a strong sense of spirit in the people I have seen. - From whatever source or intentions this seeming catastrophic event has sprung,..a rare opportunity awaits. - There are many perspectives on this subject..However looking at it from a greater perspective..I see a world given permission to retreat, recalibrate, take stock of what is really important. To give rest to our selves and the place we call home. - We as humanity are in a state of connectedness in this now - an even playing field, where what is unfolding is in all of our hearts and minds at the same time. It is a high and delicate state of creation. This gives amazing fuel to our desires for a brighter, balanced more harmonious future where all can benefit. - This is a powerful time of going within and putting our house in order. Make arrangements where you can to provide for your family then look for the opportunities to create a new way of living. A new world requires a different mindset. One that is inclusive of all including our glorious Mother Earth and our Cosmic Connections. - In recent years SUNday Global Unity Meditations @ascension_guide_sandra_walter have played a significant role in deepening my spiritual practice. Joining consciousness with Souls all over the planet has really shown me what we can create through Unity Consciousness and the Power of One. - Take heart..All is well. Autumn/Winter is my favourite time of year in Coffs Harbour. ~ Called by the magical light outside by dayand Nights spent wrapped up drinking hot chai under the starry skycommuning with all there is. ~ Time spent in my garden creates space to wriggle in new understandings. Here my message of encouragement came in the form of this beautiful Tawny Frogmouth Owl.... ~ It’s Spiritual Meaning brings with it a reminder that there is protection from higher realms during times of uncertainty. 02.01.2022 Layer one The colours for this painting unfolded in a really lovely way. Inspired by the luscious fruits of summer and how great I feel from drinking kefir..I had my pallet. - A little while ago I tried kombucha for the first time. It was one of those things that you see around but have never tried. I was curious. When my friend at #one.blossom ordered it at #darkartsbrewbar. It was my opportunity to taste it. Yuuuum! Kombucha an...d I were meant to be friends. - This was the beginning of my quest to know more. After a lot of You Tubing I found my teachers #youbrewkombucha #culturedfoodlife and my love affair with cultured foods and drinks was born. - For a few weeks now I have been making my own kefir and my kombucha is now brewing. - I am sharing these discoveries as they are directly shaping my artworks - in how wonderful I feel..the colours..clarity and light I am holding.
