There is a lot of incorrect information going around, happy to discuss any question you may have. Please find below a few that we have had lately: *can i bring in crushed cans? YES you certainly can *can i bring in pods/icbs? YES you certainly can *I'm coming from out of town and you are closed? Please call to discuss options. *can i bring in woolpacks/bulkabags? YES you certainly can just call to make arrangements, advise staff of arrangements on arrival to drop off. *is there a limit to what can be bought in at once eg 500? NO there are no limits. 18.01.2022 Thank you INJUNE. We had great support in Injune this morning, big thank you to the community for coming out and sorry to those who we couldn't fit on. We will be coming back again on Tuesday 28/7 from 9.30am and then again on our monthly trip on Tuesday 4/8 from 9.30am. We decided to do the extra run to collect anyone who missed out. Thanks again, see you in a couple of weeks

16.01.2022 15/1/2021 5.23pm ONLY 12746 items to go until we reach the magic 5 million mark. That is a whopping $500,000 back to the community in refund. 19/1/2021 5.52pm WE DID IT... sometime this morning the lucky 5millionth container was returned by Cristina Blackman (Cristina has won herself a $100 voucher from Frankie Wilde https://www.facebook.com/frankiewildeshop ) and we have had our biggest week so far of 161,715 items returned in 4 days

15.01.2022 UPDATE 4pm 19/11 we are back up and RUNNING. WE CAN NOW ACCEPT BULK DELIVERIES. Thanks for your patience. UPDATE - 19/11 Thursday - sorry no bulk drop offs today either. Crossing everything we are back up and running for bulk deliveries Friday NO BULK DELIVERIES ACCEPTED TODAY, Wednesday 18/11.... Unfortunately we have had a breakdown and cannot accept bulk deliveries into ICB's. We also can't unload anyone and can't tip your ICB's into ours. I will update you tomorrow if it continues but, we are hoping to be back up and running in the morning. At this stage we CAN accept bagged and boxed items on the concrete area. Please make sure your bags and boxes are labelled, lids off your plastic and items sorted into plastic, cans and glass separately. Thank you for your understanding.
