20.01.2022 The late Jim Drake inventor of the first windsurfer, designer of the X-15 rocket plane that in has held the world record for the fastest manned aircraft since 1967. Here he tries his windsurfer for the first time 40years ago. His first idea was to power a surfboard with a kite! But he decided to use a sail instead... Jim spent years developing concepts, windsurfer boards and SUP boards for Starboard.
