12.01.2022 The focus with regards to dealing with the coronavirus should start with a common sense view. Be aware of your behaviours and activities that may be putting yourself or others at risk. Then consider how you can improve your immune system. My main suggestions are Vitamin C to bowel tolerance, Colloidal silver to treat bacterial developments and eating antioxidant rich whole foods. There are many herbs that are available as teas and powders that are known for their capacity to boost immunity, e.g. echinacea, astragalus, reishi. Please check with a professional if any of these are appropriate for you. And try not to stress as that will further impair your immunity. Humans and viruses co-evolved.... our bodies know how to control them, but we have forgotten how to feed our bodies to support this natural capacity. Stay safe and well.

I cant get over the number of people with osteoarthritis who take the modified release (Panadol Osteo) in ...spite of the evidence a few years ago that showed that paracetamol is NO BETTER than placebo for pain. The dark side though is that in the last ten years, paracetamol poisoning rates have increased by 44.3%, in age groups from zero to 85 years and over. This is all about liver damage, and its a disgrace! Imagine if a herbal substance was in this category - it would be front-age news, with academia screaming for its withdrawal in the interests of public safety. Where are they at the moment? See more

We know that current events are creating concern in the ommunity and we just wanted to update you on the hygiene precautions we are taking at our clinic to protect you and your family. **Most importantly we are asking clients with cold and flu symptoms to please reschedule until they have recovered and of course observe 14 days of self-quarantine if they have returned from anywhere oversea...s.** All our therapists are trained in Infection Control and have also undertaken to self-quarantine if they are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. On a happier note if you are working from home it might be a good time to get that treatment scheduled and ensure you can keep working productively. Hygiene Precautions: We are open and have procedures in place to manage risks to keep our community healthy and safe. We will continue to respond to the current global health challenge, and we are taking regular advice from the WHO and the Australian Department of Health. Our therapists have in place procedures to protect you and the clinic. These include: * Regularly cleaning all surfaces including door knobs, frequently touched equipment and bench tops * Washing our hands with soap and water regularly * Keeping all staff informed * Having hand sanitiser available for clients * Linen is changed on massage tables after each client and any hard surfaces are cleaned between clients.
