24.01.2022 Introducing organic pepitas (a very high source of zinc) and ginger pieces and something rather naughty but not as bad as the commercial brands...cocoa and peanut butter together...mmm...yum

22.01.2022 We all know that warm salt water is a great nasal spray but if you add xylitol it makes the best nasal spray you have ever triedtry using himalayan salt instead of ordinary salt and it clears the sinuses better than anything I have ever tried...I will be making up little bags of xylitol for Saturday's Burleigh Market for people to give this a go...works like a dream

18.01.2022 Some supermarkets are going to remove harmful chemicals including triclosan over concerns over long term use. Studies have shown triclosan can affect hormone function, damage kidneys and liver and is a suspected carcinogen. Dettol and other brands include 18 chemicals that encourage drug resistant bacteria. Wouldn't it just be smarter to use CHEMICAL FREE hand and body wash like the type made by "Purely Heaven Scent"???

13.01.2022 Have finally found a fantastic health food store in Mudgeeraba..it's called the Village Health Food Store and it's in Swan Lane between Glen Tozer and Two Little Bakers, opposite the Mudge shopping centre...lovely and knowledgable lady running the shop and good range of products

13.01.2022 Turmeric is a complex herb consisting of over 200 compounds. The turmeric found in DeFlamm has a high dose of the curcuminoids which have been shown to improve digestive health, reduce pain and improve overall health and vitality. When combined with MSM, diatomaceous earth, Sri Lankan cinnamon and xylitol, you have a superior product that can be used in savoury foods or added to a juice. I take mine in blueberry juice or pomegranate juice but have added it to an omelette for that hint of Indian spice.

12.01.2022 Detox peanut Clusters...2 tablespoons coconut oil (softened), 1/3 cup raw, natural honey, 1/2 cup chopped peanuts, 1/2 cup crunchy natural peanut butter, 1 vanilla pod, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 4 drops orange oil, 2 cups shredded coconut,1/4 cup Diatomaceous earth...let vanilla pod sit in softened coconut oil for half an hour then remove it...then mix all ingredients together except the pod which can be washed and dried and used again. Scoop 1 tablespoon onto a tray for each cluster and refrigerate. Clusters not being used soon may be kept in freezer......so yummy and healthy

09.01.2022 Just came back from the opening of a wonderful Raw food cafe in Stuart Street, Tweed Heads where all the food is raw, organic and only the freshest ingredients...sound boring?...the food was out of this world!...check it out..it's called "Rawthentic"...it's up the Tweed heads end of Stuart street, which runs off the main drag, Griffith Street...totally awesome and worth hunting it out...proper opening is this coming Wednesday
