According to US Agriculture research.When copper levels are low people turn to pain killers, the theory is low copper levels increase the constriction of blood vessels. First of all, run the affected area under cold water to dissipate the heat, then once you have decided you dont need further medical attention, try gently rubbing the point halfway between the big bump at the top of your spine and the base of your skull. Victorian- based neurotrainer Andrew Verity says this works because the brain cant cope with two sensations at once.
